Hi, I’m Shabnam Ananda, and my life’s work is dedicated to transformation, healing, and awakening. After experiencing intense burnout in the corporate world, I embarked on a decade-long journey of deep healing and self-discovery.
For the past 8+ years, I have been a yoga teacher, guide, and facilitator, leading people through transformational journeys and awakenings. My approach is deeply rooted in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and trauma-sensitive practices, blending breathwork, somatic healing, integral practice and mindfulness to create sacred spaces for profound personal shifts. I believe that true transformation doesn’t happen through theory alone—it happens through lived experience, and I have walked this path first so that I can hold space for and guide others with depth, compassion, and integrity.
With a Master’s-level education in Transpersonal, Spiritual, and Shamanic Psychology, Consciousness Studies, and Holistic Transformation, I bridge ancient wisdom and modern science to help people cultivate clarity, alignment, and purpose. In addition to my work as a teacher and guide, I serve as the President of the Board for the Worldwide Coaching Federation, where I am committed to raising global standards in coaching, transformation, and personal growth.
